1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RepRelay's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

RepRelay provides fractional sales services combining experienced sales representatives and AI-powered agent teams to build, qualify, and manage pipeline on behalf of clients. Agents operate under the direction of assigned sales reps and work as part of the client's business.

3. Human-in-the-Loop Governance

All outbound messaging and irreversible actions (CRM stage changes, booking executive time) are subject to human review and approval by default. Full audit trails are maintained for all agent and representative actions.

4. Data Handling

Client data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We maintain encryption at rest and in transit, minimum-necessary PII handling, and defined retention policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

RepRelay provides qualification and pipeline management services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the prior 12 months.
